I was born and raised in Shenzhen, China, lived and learned in Chicago and London. I’m a theatre director, a mover, and a sound artist.

With more than ten-year experience in choir and dance, I create works that tell heartfelt human stories through texts, movements, and sounds. A New Writing enthusiast, I thrive in collaboration with playwrights and multidisciplinary artists.

Took pride in my East Asian heritage, homed in the globe. I aspire to tell stories of the global majority in hope of breaking the man-made boundaries. I dream of a visceral, collective experience in the theatre where we breathe deeply with each other.
